  Outstanding professional and compassionate. They made every effort to easy the pain of my family's loss. The paw print was a very special way to remember our pet. Highly recommend!

  The staff was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Ben always answers the phone and has helped me countless times. I lost 3 pets in 3 months this year. The whole staff went above and beyond making everything so easy and comforting. They made me a wooden box with my three pets in them, the boxes display the tree of life along with each of their names( Blizzard, Precious, and Bubba). They will never be forgotten they were part of my family and now Hummel is a big part of my family.

  My dog passed away last night. I called the phone number on the website despite being closed a lady who was very nice answered the phone I had explained to her my dog had passed and I wanted to have him cremated the sooner the better as I didn't want his body to start the decomposition process in my garage and knew not to keep him in the home till Monday when most other places were open. She kindly set me up an appointment for this morning. I did have to pay an extra service fee for a Sunday take in but it was well worth it. I was greeted at the door they offered to help me carry him in. I was seated at a table where the same lady who answered my call last night went over my cremation options. We selected arrangements I made payment I was told he would be ready for pick up in 3-5 days. I will be on Vacation so they told me anytime after that take my time they would have him for me. Before leaving I asked for a little time with him she was more than willing to obliage I unwrapped my little dachshund from his blanket gave him some last belly rubs, stroked his head and I felt very at peace with my decision to cremate him.

  I lost a pet who was family and this place was recommend by the veterinarian and I can see why. Hummel was very professional and up front about the entire process and that made me very happy throughout this rough time. My pet ashes was placed in a very nice rosewood box and a impression of paws done very nicely and a lock of fur as well. There were many options to choose from but was never pressured to buy any extras. What impressed me most was the fact I was able to pick the ashes on Christmas Eve which made my family very happy. I definitely recommend this place.

  I never post reviews (mostly due to time constraints), but I wanted to take the time to thank the service provided by Hummel Pet Services. I did not personally deal with them (my husband did, as it was too difficult for me), but what he brought home tonight of our loving dog Maggie Sue is unbelievably beautiful. From the box to the paw print, and they went as far as to save some of her hair. I cannot tell you how much this means to me and my family. The pain of losing Maggie has been more than I can bear, but to know that she was cared for so deeply warms my heart. Thank you from my family, and thank you from our dear Maggie Sue. I only wish you could have met her before.
