  My grandma made her own arrangements before her death. Her body was picked up on a Sunday. Three days later after many phone calls to Adams we were told paperwork needed signed before they could do anything. More delays blamed on the holidays and waiting for doc to sign death certificate. Two weeks after she died we have her ashes (I hope they're hers)...too late for her Marine grandson to attend her memorial. Their dealings with my family were rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Will never recommend them.

  The people here are absolutely rude an unapologetic when they missed up my step fathers death certificate. When calling the woman was short with my already griving mother who can make no further strides to get her life together,leaving her in tears. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

  Did not proof read my father's obituary . So family was either left out or names mixed up. They promised to fix it for another 100 dollars. Then we settled on obituary cards on which they again combined family members names. They listed me ( his son)as my fathers dad on his Death certificate . I was promised new corrected obituary cards. I have never received them. My family was told that our father's urn would come in a wooden chest. The rep who delivered the ashes took that box when he left. Worst experience possible.

  Amber was wonderful. My sister and I needed our father to be prepared for his final resting commital as soon as possible and she made it happen . The level of discretion and respect given to our father and us as well was phenomenal. Thank you so much for making this hard time for our family very smooth.

  The staff at Adams Mason Funeral Home were very helpful and spent a lot of time with us, making us feel at ease during the whole process. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
